Welcome to Homegrown Video’s online store! www.homegrownstore.com is owned and operated by Xplor Media Group, Inc. (XMG), dba Homegrown Video. The following terms and conditions and other information provided by XMG defines your relationship with homegrownstore.com. By visiting this site, placing an order or creating an account YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions may be changed in the future without notice to you.

Packaging

Rest assured, we use standard shipping boxes and envelopes provided by our shipping carriers and all return address labels read "XMG, Inc.” Packaging is discrete and there is no mention of it containing adult themed products. Package shipping labels say “Xplor Media Group, Inc.”

Defective Items

Regrettably, some DVDs might get damaged in shipping or in manufacturing. If you receive a DVD that is defective, please E-Mail Support@homegrownstore.com to receive a return authorization number. Once you have this, return the DVD to us at our address below along with a copy of your invoice and a note detailing the errors that were encountered. We will make every effort to replace your DVD with the same title depending upon availability.

Coupons and Special Offers

We offer coupons and special offers through our online newsletters. Coupons may not be combined with any other offers. Coupons are entered during the check-out page of the order form. Special offers might Include Incentives to purchase in order to receive free goods as a reward.

Billing

Your credit card will be billed as HomegrownStore.com.

Order Status

Please E-Mail our customer service department, support@homegrownstore.com , to get information on any orders you have placed. You may also check the status of your orders by logging into your account by using your username and password. To log in, click on the "Your Account" link at the top of this web site.

Privacy

When you place an order with XMG, Inc., we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your E-Mail address. We consider this information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. In the event you do not wish to receive promotional E-Mail from XMG, Inc., please click the "remove me from your list" link on any email's we may send you. Should you have any other concerns, please E-Mail us and we will delete your account information.

Credit Cards & PAYPAL

We accept all major credit cards, Including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. There is no additional charge for using your credit card. Within the "Billing Address" section of our order form, please be sure to provide your exact billing address where you normally receive your credit card statement, or your address that the issuing credit card bank has on file for you. This is important in verifying your details with the credit card bank. Should the information be inaccurate, this will delay processing of your order while we attempt to contact you by e-mail to verify the correct information. On occasion, you may be asked to fax or e-mail us a copy of your credit card statement should we be unable to verify your billing address with your bank.

 

We also accept PAYPAL. Please send payments to ????.  Then, please e-mail us at support@homegrownstore.com in order to prompt us to look for the payment and approve, ship your order. If you do not email us, your order may be delayed until Paypal emails us, which could be a delay of about 1-2 hours.

Checks

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks and Personal Checks are accepted as payment for your order. All funds must be paid in $U.S. Dollars. An order must be placed on the website prior to submitting payment. Orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. Should you wish to pay by personal or company check, your order may be subject to a delay of 5 - 10 business days after receipt of funds while we await clearance of check. Please realize, we cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time your funds clear the bank. You will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your Check Order, from receiving the check, to shipment of your order.

Refunds/Exchanges

Opened DVD's
There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective and a suitable replacement cannot be remedied. Please read the "Defectives" policy above if this pertains to you.


Unopened DVD's

15% restocking fee will be assessed for all unopened returns. Unopened returns must have the original factory seal.

 

Toy & Novelty Items
Due to California health laws - there are no returns or exchanges on personal sexual aids.

Backorders

We stock inventory so that you never have to wait for a title, but we also produce some of our older titles on a “fill to order” basis which means we duplicate a copy when we get the order. Occasionally, you may have to wait for our the title to be replicated. If the title you choose is back ordered, our system will notify you, and ask you if you still wish to put the item in your shopping cart. Occasionally, there are inventory errors that may cause a backorder issues as well. Should you purchase any item that is out of stock, we will ship your in stock titles immediately, and ship any backordered item(s) separately once it becomes available. We will ship all backorders by a cost efficient method, at no additional cost to you. You will be able to view the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing the order notes for updates. If you would like your order to ship when all items are available, please type "Ship Order Complete" in the customer comments section of your order.. The order will be filled as each item is available, once the order is complete it will ship by the originally requested shipping method.

Sales Tax

Due to California State laws, we must charge sales tax only on orders where items are delivered within California. The sales tax rate is 7.75%. There is no sales tax for orders being delivered outside of California.
